Good value, large room, extra amenities, friendly staff, convenient location.

Nothing to fault.

For our New Year's stay, we enjoyed the great value accommodations of this hotel. the large rooms came with little extras that made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We appreciated the location of the hotel, as it was close to the river and easily accessible. the hotel staff was also very friendly and welcoming. They went out of their way to ensure we had a pleasant stay.

We found it difficult to overlook this issue.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location next to the river made for a beautiful view. The hotel facilities were clean, comfortable, and had great decor. The staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast that was brought up to our room.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The hotel has an unbeatable location next to the river and close to Pier 2, with plenty of restaurants around and a 7-Eleven with an ATM on the corner. the spacious rooms and bathrooms are nicely decorated and come with amenities like milk tea powder and a book to read. the friendly staff provide excellent service and deliver a tasty breakfast to your room. You can also rent bikes for free,

There were some complaints about cleanliness in the bathrooms.

The bathroom was nice with a whirlpool tub and the room had free WiFi, which was very convenient for me. The location was excellent, near the river and with plenty of sights to see nearby. One advantage was that the staff was helpful with everything I needed during my stay.

The hotel was not in good condition, and the towels and bed sheets had holes in them. The breakfast was not good, with limited options to choose from.
